New album has been in the works for a while, thus the quiet months! Like I often do, I’m pivoting once again to a different genre for my next project. Think a combination of chill + cinematic + atmospheric + soundtrack, with some impactful lyrics mixed in. Of course a few instrumentals will find there way as well and I may even create an instrumental version of the album. The music itself is hybrid. It comes across as fairly organic, but gives off an electronic vibe as well. Tempos will be quite slow with nothing over 90 bpm, so you can really grab some headphones and relax. It’s super hard to hold back in some of these tracks, as I’m one who likes to build momentum and make music listenable. So this isn’t true “chill” in a sense of minimalism, and will swell at times, but does restrain itself. I don’t anticipate the use of percussion either. At this point, there are 4 finalized tracks with a 5th in production. Release date is unknown, but I anticipate late 2026 or early 2027. Theme is centered around frozen moments in time.
